Team Rubicon

Veteran-led disaster response — uniting the skills of military veterans with first responders to deploy emergency response teams.

About Team Rubicon

Team Rubicon is a veteran-led humanitarian organization that deploys trained volunteers — called Greyshirts — to communities impacted by natural disasters and humanitarian crises across the United States and around the world.

Founded in 2010, Team Rubicon bridges the gap between disaster-affected communities and available resources by recruiting, training, and deploying military veterans and civilian volunteers.

What they do: debris removal, roof tarping, home mucking, route clearance, damage assessment, and community outreach.
